What this site collects
This is a static information website with no user accounts and no forms of its own beyond the embedded nomination form. The only data collected directly is standard web-server log data held by the hosting provider for security and operations. The Find My Award tool runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
The nomination form
The nomination page embeds the official World Salon Awards nomination form served from goldentreeawards.com. Data submitted through that form is collected and processed by Golden Tree Events LLC under the privacy policy and terms published on goldentreeawards.com, for the purpose of processing the nomination and communicating about the programme. Nominating is free and no payment data is collected.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Embedded YouTube players load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. If an analytics measurement ID is configured, page-view and interaction events go to that service under its policy.
Data retention
Standard web-server log data is retained by the hosting provider for as long as reasonably necessary for security and operational purposes, under the hosting provider's own retention practices. Beyond the embedded nomination form, this site loads content from a small number of third-party services: YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com) for testimonial and winner videos, which only activates when you press play, and the hosting provider's own infrastructure for serving the site. No advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party data brokers are used on this site.
